8Tesia App for Distributors
Tesia Dairy provides a web app (app.tesiafoods.com) to its registered distributors for recording visits to hotels, restaurants and other business customers. Only people registered by Tesia Dairy can sign in, using their Google account.
When a distributor uses the app, we collect:
- Account details: the distributor's name and email address from their Google account.
- Business contact details that the distributor enters about an outlet: business name, area, address, contact person and phone number.
- Visit records: date and time, notes, samples given and the outcome of the visit.
- Photos of the outlet, taken in the app when a visit is recorded.
- Location: the phone's GPS position, recorded only at the moment a visit or a new outlet is saved. The app does not track location at any other time or in the background.
We use this information to manage samples and follow-ups, to deliver to outlets that become customers, and to confirm that visits took place. It is stored securely with our service providers (Supabase and Cloudflare), is visible only to the distributor who recorded it and to Tesia Dairy staff, and is not sold or shared for advertising. Distributors can ask Tesia Dairy at info@tesiafoods.com to see or correct their records.
